Manchester has been one of the busiest fit-out markets in the country for years. The city-centre stock turns over fast, the suburbs are growing, and the older industrial buildings keep getting converted. Most of our work there sits in three zones: city-centre fit-out and refurb, MediaCity / Salford office work, and the occasional out-of-hours retail job.
Full service range: core drilling 12–1000 mm Ø, concrete cutting, structural service openings, stitch drilling and large penetrations, and rapid / out-of-hours when timing matters.
Standard route is M6 north — door-to-door is roughly 2½ hours pre-traffic. For early starts we either travel up the night before or leave the kit on site if the programme runs more than a couple of days. Travel and overnights are quoted up front so there are no surprises.
